The Outreach Committee at Saint George Methodist Church helps people find their place and get connected within our church family. Whether someone is new or looking to get more involved, the team connects them with ministries, small groups, and opportunities to serve based on their interests and gifts. The committee also supports those who may not be able to attend regularly by helping coordinate care through home visits, meal deliveries, and other outreach efforts. If you know someone who could benefit from support or connection, please contact the church office. Our goal is to make sure everyone feels known, supported, and part of a caring church community.

Twice a month, our church prepares and delivers around 100 meals to members of our community who are sick, homebound, or in need. This ministry is a simple but meaningful way we share God’s love and care for others. We meet on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 11:00 AM in Parler Hall, and we welcome anyone who would like to be part of this effort. Whether you help prepare meals or deliver them, your time can make a real difference in someone’s life.

The Methodist Men of Saint George Methodist Church lead our Ramp Ministry, helping provide safe and accessible entryways for those in our community who need mobility assistance. This team builds, installs, moves, and removes wheelchair ramps for individuals who need easier access to their homes. It’s a hands-on way to serve others and meet real needs in our community. Volunteers are always welcome to be part of this meaningful work.
During the summer, our youth gather each Wednesday for Mission Nights, serving older members of our community through yard work, home projects, and simply spending time with those who may feel isolated. These nights are a meaningful way to build relationships and make a real difference.
Our youth also partner with Camp of Hope, helping repair homes and create safe, livable spaces for families in need. Over the past few years, they have played a key role in several home projects, giving families a fresh start.
These mission experiences help our youth grow in their faith while learning the importance of serving others. Volunteers and new participants are always welcome.
